Had a great experience during my first time here today. We have been on the hunt for new nicer litter boxes and ended up finding a really great litter box (Catit brand) at this store. They only had 1 of the one I liked in stock, and we checked amazon to see if we could order a matching one (we have 2 cats, thus more than 1 litter box is necessary) and we were surprised to see that the litter box we found at Bill’s were CHEAPER than amazon! We inquired if they had any other litter boxes in the back, and one of the lovely employees offered to place a special order for the box, and took our info down so we can come back later and pick up the second box! Had a great experience and picked up some new toys for the cats too! Highly recommend over Amazon or a big box store

I love coming to Bills, my only negative review would be that it’s too far from me!! They have a wonderful selection of well cared for reptiles, amphibians, aquatics, and a good starter amount of plants for bioactive terrariums. I have gotten two American Green tree frogs from them whom I absolutely adore and are thriving in their new home! Stacy, the manager in the live animal section is amazing. She walked me up and down multiple aisles helping me choose all top quality but lowest price items for my new babies-which she also helped pick out with me. Incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable person; we always adore her professionalism. On top of all that, they have just about everything you can think of when it comes to pet food, care, cleaning, housing, etc. for all types of animals! This is the only shop I can find raw frozen bones for my dog that don’t cost an arm and a leg. I wish they had space to house more small animals/reptiles for adoption, because honestly they are the only pet shop around that I feel comfortable purchasing from…ethically, financially, and health wise. :)

Love this place!! I never knew it existed!! We ended up with a hermit crab.. a lonely crab!! We called around & no one had any except Bill’s. Walking in I was amazed at how wonderfully he takes care of each & every creature, & critter!! The staff are all truly invested in the wellbeing of all the pets, they’re very knowledgeable, super helpful, kind & courteous!! We went there for 1 hermit crab & walked away with treats, supplies & 3 crabs.. lol I also learned what type of live plants I can put in their habitat, & the best water to use!! This is a lovely little store, everything is very reasonably priced!! Of course now I’m going to need a bigger tank!!!
